  • Flat Surface Cleaning

    We clean flat surfaces with large surface cleaners. this equipment is specifically designed to clean large areas with a streak or swirl free end product.  some surfaces include but are not limited to the following; garage floors, driveways, paver walks and patios,dumpster areas, concrete walks,patios and pads and pool areas.

  • Exterior Building Surfaces

    We clean siding of all types. Brick, stone ,vinyl, plastic stucco surfaces, stucco,steel , aluminium, and wood.

  • Mold, Fungus and Moss Removal

    We clean exterior hard surfaces using biodegradable cleaners and a moderate to low pressure.

  • Roof Cleaning

    We clean asphalt, clay and concrete roofing tile. this proceedure requires use of biodegradable cleaners and low pressure. after the roof is cleaned, some of the cleaner residue remains to prevent regrowth of moss and fungus. The residue can not be seen on the roof surface.

  • Deck and Fence Cleaning

    We clean wood and composite decking and fencing. We can revitalize that old deck by stripping off old finishes and reapplication of a new finish along with sealing it. Composite decks and fencing is bought with the belief that it is low maintenence, if it is in a shady area, it will grow moss,mold and fungus. We can take care of it.

  • Fleet/Construction Equipment Washing

    We can perform onsite washing and degreasing.

  • Graffiti removal,Loose paint removal

    We provide wet sand blasting to remove graffiti. please note we do not remove lead based paint.

  • Electrostatic Cleaning

    Painted aluminium surfaces such as gutters and siding can attract dirt that can be hard to remove. we use an electrostatic cleaning solution to break the electrostatic bond to remove these unsightly streaks.

  • Store front and Drive thru areas

    We remove unsightly gum, oil and stains from these areas.

  • Interior hard surface steam cleaning

    We can clean those hard surface areas in your home or business. Steam cleaning sanitizes and kills dust mites,mold spores and fungus. We can also steam pillows,bedding, shower areas,tile floors,walls and grout lines.

  • Down spout/Sewer Jetting

    Servicemark is proud to announce this value added service to our line of products. Over time, down spouts can become clogged with all types of matter, ranging from leaves and bird nests to actual growing plants. We offer a solution to high priced clean out.With the use of a Jetter. ( an appliance which uses pressurized water to cut a hole through the clog and 3 jets to pulverize the blockage, once the jet has progressed past the clog. This action also back flushes the area to achieve a free flowing drain. We also use this same technology to free sink and shower drains.
